Terms of use
These terms cover everyone who uses Tapyoka: people who make a page, people who sell on it and people who visit or buy.

Who we are
Tapyoka is a trade name of Team Tomomind, a sole proprietorship registered on Udyam (no. UDYAM-WB-23-0083039), at Dist: Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal 713216.
Tapyoka gives you one link for your bio. You can add links, a shop, forms and contact details to a public page at tapyoka.com/yourname.
The grievance page lists our grievance officer and how to reach them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to make a page or sell.
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
One person or business can hold more than one username only where the plan allows it.
A username is not your property. We can reclaim a username when it impersonates someone, when a trademark owner makes a valid claim, or after 12 months without a login. We tell you first where we can.
Your page and content
You own what you put on your page. You give Tapyoka a licence to host, copy, resize, watermark, cache and preview it, to show it on your page and on Tapyoka pages where your page is public, and to keep a copy for 180 days after it is removed so we can handle complaints and appeals.
Do not post content that is illegal, misleading, sexual content involving minors, hateful, or that breaks someone else’s rights. The full list of banned content is in the seller terms.
We may hide a page or remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we act on valid court and government orders. We tell you what was removed and why, and you can appeal to our grievance officer within 30 days.
You can download a copy of your data from Settings at any time.
Sellers are responsible for what they sell
When you buy on a seller’s page, the seller is the one selling to you. The seller is responsible for the product, what it contains, delivering it, keeping any access link working and any access rules on their own storage or platform.
You pay the seller directly by UPI or the seller’s own payment link. Tapyoka does not receive, hold or forward money and is not a party to the sale. Each product page shows who the seller is, how to contact them and their refund terms.
Buyers
You must be 18 or older to buy, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. You confirm this when you place an order.
Read the product page and the seller’s refund and cancellation terms before you pay.
Refunds come from the seller. Tapyoka cannot refund money it never received. If what you bought does not arrive or the link does not work, use the button in your receipt email so the seller is told, and contact the seller with the details on the product page. You can also report the page to us.
Fees and plans
Making a page is free. While buyers pay sellers directly, Tapyoka does not receive the money and charges no fee on sales. We will give at least 30 days notice on this site and by email before we charge any fee on sales.
Pro costs a flat ₹294 a month or ₹2,818 a year, with no extra charges.
The 0% offer on sales
For a limited period, Tapyoka charges no platform fee on sales. Our normal platform fee is 8% of each sale on the Free plan and 2% of each sale on Pro.
Who qualifies: every seller account created on or before the day the offer closes to new sellers. This includes accounts created before the offer was announced.
What it covers: the Tapyoka platform fee on every sale, including products, bookings, tips, memberships and payment links, on Free and on Pro. It does not cover the price of Pro. Payment gateway charges and the taxes the law requires still apply once payments run through Tapyoka.
How long: for as long as your account stays active. If your account is closed or deleted, the offer ends with it. The offer belongs to the account holder and does not transfer to another person, including when a page or username moves to someone else.
Closing to new sellers: we will give at least 30 days notice on this site before the offer closes to new sellers. Accounts created after it closes pay the normal fees.
Tapyoka Pro
Pro costs a flat ₹294 a month or ₹2,818 a year, with no extra charges.
Every new seller can try Pro free for 14 days, once per person. No card or payment is needed to start the trial, and we charge nothing when it ends. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. When it ends your account moves to the Free plan, unless you choose to pay for Pro. If you do, we show the full price before you pay and the first charge is taken when the trial ends.
Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Your bank or our payment partner sends a pre debit notice before each charge, as the Reserve Bank of India requires.
You can cancel in one step from your Plan screen. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part months or part years except where the law requires it.
If a payment fails we retry it. If it still fails after our payment partner stops retrying, your account moves to the Free plan and your Pro only features pause until you pay again.
We give 30 days notice before a price change. It applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
Invoices come from Team Tomomind trading as Tapyoka. The prices and fees shown are the full amount you pay.
Referral programme
When someone joins Tapyoka through your link or code and pays for Pro, you earn 15% of the base price of their Pro payments for 12 months, credited after a 30 day hold, up to 10 rewards a month. Rewards are paid as credit against your own Pro plan; cash payouts need a seller account and start only when Tapyoka collects payments, with a ₹500 minimum.
Rewards are your income. You are responsible for any tax on them. We can change or end the programme with 30 days notice, and we cancel rewards earned through fake accounts, self referrals or paid ads on our name.
The Made with Tapyoka badge on free pages carries your referral code, so a visitor who signs up through it counts as your referral. The landing page says so when a referral code is present.
Reporting a page
Anyone can report a page or a product with the Report link at the bottom of it. We review reports and may hide the page while we look. Our grievance page lists how fast we answer.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be down or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Tapyoka is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost business, or for losses caused by sellers, buyers or other users. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid Tapyoka in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for fraud, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
Transferring this agreement
We may transfer this agreement, your account and the data in it to a successor or affiliate that takes over running Tapyoka, for example a company we form for it. We tell you by email before this happens. Your rights under this agreement stay the same.
You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our written consent.
Changes and law
We give 15 days notice before a change that reduces your rights, and we ask you to accept the new version when you next log in. We give 30 days notice before we start any fee on sales or raise a price. Other changes take effect when we publish them with a new date on this page.
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to a consumer’s right to approach the consumer commission for the place where they live.
