Privacy notice

For the Tapyoka waitlist. Last updated 28 October 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, Tapyoka keeps only:

• your email address;
• what you plan to sell, if you chose one;
• the date and time you signed up.

To stop spam sign-ups we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and the type of browser and device, such as Chrome on Android. We do not keep your IP address itself, and we cannot use the hash to find you.

Why we use it

We use your email only to tell you about the launch of Tapyoka. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data. The one exception is the email provider we use to send the launch email, which receives your email address only to deliver that email. The site runs on Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check on the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until Tapyoka launches plus 90 days, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Withdraw consent or ask for deletion

You can withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data at any time. Write to hello@tapyoka.com from the email address you signed up with and say what you want. We will remove you from the list and reply to confirm.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handled your data, write to us first at hello@tapyoka.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
