Refunds
Each seller sets their own refund and cancellation terms. You pay the seller directly, so refunds come from the seller.

Seller refund terms
The seller’s refund and cancellation terms are shown on the product page and at checkout before you place an order. Ask the seller first if something is wrong, using the contact details on the product page.
You pay the seller directly by UPI or the seller’s own payment link. Tapyoka does not receive, hold or forward money and is not a party to the sale.
Refunds come from the seller
Refunds come from the seller, back to the account you paid from. Tapyoka cannot refund money it never received.
When the product does not arrive
Use the Report a problem button on your order page or in our emails. We tell the seller and ask them to answer within 48 hours. If they do not, ask the seller for a refund, and read our buyer safety page for what else you can do.
WhatsApp orders
Orders placed on WhatsApp and paid to the seller directly are between the buyer and the seller. We take no fee and cannot refund them.
Tapyoka Pro
You can cancel Pro in one step at any time. It stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for. We do not refund part months or part years except where the law requires it. The 14 day trial is free, so there is nothing to refund when you end it.
