How tutors sell batches and notes with UPI

Tutors usually earn from three things: a monthly batch, one to one help before exams, and notes that students outside the batch want too. This guide shows how to set up each one so parents pay by UPI and you stop sending fee reminders.

Sell notes and test papers

  1. Open Products and choose New product. Name it with the class and the chapters, such as "Physics notes, class 12, chapters 1 to 5".
  2. Upload the PDF and set a price, such as ₹199.
  3. Add a Product block to your page.

One to one doubt sessions

Open Bookings, choose New service and create "1:1 doubt session, 45 min" at ₹499. Choose Online under Where it happens and add your meeting link. Set Weekly hours around your batch timings. How to take paid coaching calls with UPI covers the steps in detail.

Monthly batches

A booking slot takes one person, so bookings do not suit a batch.

  1. Open Members and choose Add a plan. Name it after the batch, such as "Class 12 physics, Mon to Fri, 6 pm".
  2. Set the Monthly price (₹). Add a Yearly price (₹) if you offer the full session at once.
  3. Write the days, the time and what is included under Benefits, one per line.
  4. Paste your WhatsApp group link in Private group invite link and post class links there.

Members get a reminder before the month ends, and you mark each renewal paid in Members.

Free demo classes

Add a Lead form titled "Book a free demo class" and set Ask visitors for to Phone number. Each entry shows up under Leads. Call the parent back, and send the demo class link on WhatsApp.
